Using the site
CuteCaptions is free to use for personal and commercial posts. You may copy, style, and use the captions you create here on your own social media and elsewhere. Please don't misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or break the law with it.
Your content
Anything you type into the Studio stays on your device; we don't store it. You are responsible for the text you create and where you post it.
Our content
The site's design, code, and original copy belong to CuteCaptions. The demo captions are provided as free examples to use and adapt. The CuteCaptions name and branding remain ours.
No warranty
CuteCaptions is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Fancy Unicode fonts and symbols may render differently across apps and devices, and we can't guarantee every platform displays them the same way.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CuteCaptions is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or the content you create with it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
